Subject: 2nd Notice of Public Hearing: Friday, February 2, 2024, 9:00 a.m.

The Committee on Environment, Revenue and Taxation, Labor, Procurement, and Statistics, Research and Planning will be conducting a public hearing on Friday, February 2, 2024, 9:00 a.m.. The public hearing will take place in the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room. The agenda is as follows:

Bill No. 229-37 (COR) – Thomas J. Fisher - AN ACT TO ADD A NEW SECTION TO TITLE 11, CHAPTER 6 OF GUAM CODE ANNOTATED PROHIBITING THE SALE OF FLAVORED TOBACCO PRODUCTS WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF GUAM.
