Informational Briefing Hearing: Monday, January 29, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. 

The Committee on Infrastructure, Economic Development, Simon Sanchez High School, Disability Services, Self-Determination and Historic Preservation, Housing, Public Accountability, and the Guam Buildup will conduct an Informational Briefing Hearing on Monday, January 29, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. 

The Committee will hear to receive information on the following:

Commission on Decolonization 

• Overview of the Commission on Decolonization 
• Update of the 3rd Fanhita: Security, Sovereignty, & the Path to Peace Conference 
• Status on the Three Task Forces: Independence, Statehood, and Free Association 

How to Participate: Written testimonies may be delivered to the Office of Senator Roy A. B. Quinata at Suite 807 DNA Building, 238 Archbishop FC Flores Street, Hagåtña, Guam 96910, via email to officeofsenatorquinata@guamlegislature.org or WhatsApp at (671) 472-4826. The Committee requests that testimonies be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
