Please be advised that Senator Dwayne T. D. San Nicolas will convene a public hearing on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, in the Guam Congress Building Public Hearing Room. The Committee will hear and accept testimonies on the following:

AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 70117.1 TO CHAPTER 70, DIVISION 3, TITLE 11, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO AUTHORIZING THE GUAM DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE AND TAXATION (DRT) TO ISSUE CONDITIONAL BUSINESS LICENSES.
Please note that Bill No. 180-37 (COR) and Bill No. 168-37 (COR) were referred to the Committee on Health, Land, Justice, and Culture and the Committee on Environment, Revenue and Taxation, Labor, Procurement, and Statistics, Research, and Planning. Senator Dwayne T. D. San Nicolas, as the Prime Sponsor of Bill Nos. 180-37 (COR) and 168-37 (COR), will be holding the public hearing for these bills, as permitted by Rule 6.01(a)(1)(i) of the 37th Guam Legislature’s Standing Rules.
