Please be advised that the Committee on Health, Land, Justice, and Culture will convene public hearings Tuesday, February 6, 2024 starting at 8:30 AM, in the Guam Congress Building Public Hearing room, for the following agenda items:

8:30 AM:

• Re-Appointment of Nadine T. Cepeda to serve as a Member (Marriage & Family Therapist Representative) of the Guam Board of Allied Health Examiners for three (3) Years from December 2, 2022 to December 1, 2025.

• Re-Appointment of Ray C. Tajalle to serve as a Member (Physician Assistant Representative) of the Guam Board of Allied Health Examiners for three (3) Years from April 27, 2023 to April  26, 2026.

10:00 AM:

• Bill No. 228-37(COR)- Therese M. Terlaje-AN ACT TO AMEND § 75A109(a) OF CHAPTER 75A, TITLE 21, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO SUCCESSORS TO CHAMORRO LAND TRUST LEASES.

10:30AM:

• Bill No. 226-37(COR)- Chris Barnett- AN ACT TO AMEND § 21103 OF CHAPTER 21, TITLE 10, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO REQUIRING SANITARY PERMITS TO BE RENEWED EVERY YEAR ON THE ANNIVERSARY DATE OF ISSUE.
