The Tamuning-Tumon-Harmon Municipal Planning Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday 02/08/2024 at 6:00p.m. in the Tamuning Community Senior Center

Guam Land Use Commission Conditional Use Permit Application No.2023-25. The applicant, Ross B. and Sarah M. Morrison, on behalf of the Serengeti Trust, respresented by Daniel D. Swavely, requesting a Zone Change from "R2" (Multiple Dwelling) Zone to "M-1-" (Light Industrial) Zone, for a proposed storage facility and equipment parking on Lot 2144-1C-7-3A-R1 Ypao Road in the Municipality of Tamuning.
