REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL No. 24-03 Independent Financial Audit Services for the Guam Preservation Trust
The Guam Preservation Trust (“GPT”) and the Public Auditor is soliciting proposals from a U.S. Certified Public Accountant firm for an audit of the Guam Preservation Trust for Fiscal Years 2023, 2024, and 2025, subject to the availability and certification of funds from fiscal year to fiscal year, and with an option to renew for one (1) additional fiscal year, with the approval of the Public Auditor. Required audit reports include a report on the financial statements and reports on internal control and compliance.
To obtain a Request for Proposal (RFP) packet a registration form must be submitted on the Office of Public Accountability website at www.opaguam.org. Deadline for submission of all proposals is no later than March 8, 2024 no later than 4:00 p.m. CHST. All proposals must be submitted to the attention of Joseph Quinata, Chief Program Officer of the Guam Preservation Trust. GPT, with the written approval of the Public Auditor, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, solicit new proposals, waive minor informalities or irregularities, or award the Independent Financial Auditor in whole or in part. All questions regarding the proposal should be made in writing and directed to Joseph Quinata, Chief Program Officer of the Guam Preservation Trust via email at jqpreservation@guam.net. Except to the person named above, direct or indirect contact with GPT and the Office of Public Accountability Management or Staff, Board members, or any person participating in the selection process is prohibited
