The Committee on Education, Public Safety and the Arts will conduct a series of public hearings on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 9:00 am at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:

- Bill No. 196-37 (LS) – Sponsored by The Committee on Maritime Transportation, Air Transportation, Parks, Tourism, Higher Education, and the Advancement of Women, Youth, and Senior Citizens by request of I Kongressun Manhoben Guåhan, the Guam Youth Congress, in accordance with 2 GCA § 7102 - AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 3223 ARTICLE 2 OF CHAPTER 3, TITLE 17, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO IMPLEMENTING MANDATORY FIRST AID AND CPR CERTIFICATION FOR GUAM DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS.

Fisher – AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 3223 TO ARTICLE 2 OF CHAPTER 3, TITLE 17, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO PRIORITIZING ACCESS TO FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE COMPLETION OF THE FREE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL STUDENT AID (FAFSA) BY GUAM PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS.
