REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL No. 01-2024
Independent Financial Audit Services
The Career Tech High Academy Charter School (CTHACS) Principal and the Public Auditor is soliciting proposals from a U.S. Certified Public Accountant firm for an audit of the Career Tech High Academy Charter School for Fiscal Years 2021 and 2022 combined, 2023, and 2024 subject to the availability and certification of funds from fiscal year to fiscal year, with the approval of the Public Auditor. Required audit reports include a report on the financial statements and reports on internal control and compliance.
To obtain a Request for Proposal (RFP) packet a registration form must be submitted on the Office of Public Accountability website at www.opaguam.org or through the Career Tech High Academy Charter School website at www.careertechguam.org. Dea dline for submission of all proposals is no later than Friday, March 8, 2024, on or before 5:00 PM CHST. All proposals must be submitted to the attention of Andresina S. McManus, Principal of the Career Tech High Academy Charter School.
CTHACS, with the written approval of the Public Auditor, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, solicit new proposals, waive minor informalities or irregularities, or award the Independent Financial Auditor in whole or in part.
All questions regarding the proposal should be made in writing and directed to Andresina S. McManus, Principal of the Career Tech High Academy Charter School via email at principal@careertechguam. org. Except to the person named above, direct or indirect contact with Career Tech High Academy Charter School, and the Office of Public Accountability Management or Staff, Board members, or any person participating in the selection process is prohibited.
