The Committee on Environment, Revenue and Taxation, Labor, Procurement, and Statistics, Research and Planning will be conducting a public hearing on Thursday, March 7, 2024, 9:00 a.m.. The public hearings will take place in the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room. The agenda is as follows:

Bill No. 249-37 (COR) – Sabina Flores Perez - AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 1203.1 TO CHAPTER 1, TITLE 5 AND A NEW § 45112 TO ARTICLE 1 CHAPTER 45, TITLE 10 GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO ALLOWING THE GUAM COASTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AND THE GUAM ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY TO HIRE ENVIRONMENTAL LAW ATTORNEYS FOR THEIR EXCLUSIVE USE.
Bill No. 198-37 (LS) - Committee on Maritime Transportation, Air Transportation, Parks, Tourism, Higher Education and the Advancement of Women, Youth, and Senior Citizens by request of I Kongressun Manhoben Guåhan, the Guam Youth Congress, in accordance with 2 GCA §7102. - AN ACT TO AMEND § 3116 OF CHAPTER 3, TITLE 16, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO REQUIRING THE DISTRIBUTION OF DRIVER’S HANDBOOKS TO GUAM PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS.
