The Committee on Education, Public Safety and the Arts will conduct a series of public hearings on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:

- The Reappointment of Christine W. Baleto as a Member, Upper-Level Managerial Position in a Private Business Representative of the Guam Education Board.
- The Reappointment of Roberta M. Abaday as a Member (Community at Large Representative) of the Guam Commission for Educator Certification.
- The Appointment of Michelle M.S. Santos, Ed.D. as a Member of the Guam Commission for Educator Certification.
