DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
Description of Work Involved: The Guam Ethics Commission (GETHC) is soliciting quotations from qualified firms and individuals who wish to conduct Ethics in Government Workshops in compliance with 5 GCA Ch. 15 Section 15410 as amended by Public Law 36- 25. Workshop facilitators will be expected to conduct workshops coordinated by the Guam Ethics Commission across the Government of Guam. Highly desired firms and individuals include but are not limited to: persons admitted to practice law on Guam; a terminal degree holder; an individual with unique background and experience directly related to the topics covered in the workshop. Other expected duties may include but are not limited to preparing and submitting presentation for approval by the Guam Ethics Commission, attending workshop debriefs with Guam Ethics Commission officials, enhancing presentation to include current statutes concerning topics covered in the Ethics in Government Program.Firms or Individuals must also meet the following criteria:
- Have an unexpired license to conduct business on Guam (ie Sole Proprietorship or LLC as an Education Consultant or similar); or
- Have an unexpired Certificate of Exemption from Business License as a certified Domestic Professional Corporation
