REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RFP 24-04 Architectural & Engineering Services for the Archbishop Felixberto Flores House
Located in the historic district of Hagåtña
The Guam Preservation Trust (GPT) is soliciting for the services described above.
Proposals must meet specific requirements. Information is available on the GPT website guampreservationtrust.org, or at the GPT office, located in the Historic Lujan House, 167 Padre Palomo St., in Hagåtña, Guam.
Three sets of the proposal must be submitted to the Chief Program Officer, at the GPT office no later than 4:00 on May 15, 2024.
The Guam Preservation Trust reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defect in said proposal, in its sole opinion, to do so is in the best interest of GPT. All proposals shall become the property of GPT.
