Search Through All NoticesThe WIC Program of the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) is announcing the open enrollment period for all interested retail food vendors (including military food vendors) to apply to become authorized WIC food vendors for a 3-year period from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2027. The WIC Program will select a limited number of retail food vendors. The open enrollment period begins at 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
Retail food vendors interested in applying can pick up a vendor application packet at the WIC Program, Administration office located at 15-6100 Mariner Avenue, Tiyan, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., commencing Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
Completed vendor applications must be submitted to the WIC Program Administration office in Tiyan, no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, May 31, 2024. Fax transmittals are not accepted.
