The Committee on Environment, Revenue and Taxation, Labor, Procurement, and Statistics, Research and Planning will be conducting a confirmation hearing and public hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, 9:00 a.m. The hearings will take place in the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room. Bill No. 55-37 (COR) – Sabina Flores Perez / Chris Barnett - AN ACT TO AMEND § 28112(c) OF CHAPTER 28, TITLE 11 GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO IMPROVING THE COLLECTION OF THE AUTOMATIC APPROPRIATION OF USE TAXES BY THE GUAM ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY’S “GUAM ENVIRONMENTAL TRUST FUND”. [NOTE: Public Hearing will be held on this item as the Prime Sponsor]
