             a)        Zone variance application for Lot 5231-13 and 5231-R3, in an "A" (Agriculture) zone, in
                        the Municipality of Dededo, to allow for a Material Storage Warehouse and for a 
                        Material Storage Yard, located at the corner of Chalan Pedro Columbus (Alageta Rd.)
                        and Uhang St.  Applicants: Se Kil Na & Christie Chi Young Na. Reps: Harry Gutierrez & 
                        Felix Benavente. Public hearing was held on April 17, 2024 @ 6 pm and May 14, 2024 @
                        5 pm at the Dededo Senior Citizen Center.
             b)        Zone change application for Lot 5326-7-1 from "A' (Agriculture) zone to "M-1" (Light industrial
                        zone for the proposed construction of a wholesale warehouse structures with an office building.
                        Applicants: CITIC Pacific Trading Company. Rep: Harry Gutierrez & Felix Benavente.
             c)        Conditional use application for Lot 10-R3-NEW-2, Tract 284, in a "C" (Commercial) zone, in the Municipality
                        of Dededo to construct a 2-Story, 132-Unit multi-family (apartment) building. Applicant: Guoquan Su. Rep:
                        Felix Benavente. Public hearing scheduled for May 15, 2024 @ 6 pm @ the Dededo Senior Citizen Center.
