Any information pertaining to the RFP will be emailed to the registered offerors thereafter.The Government of Guam and the Department of Administration shall not be liable for failure to provide notice to any offerer who did not register.Please be advised that only registered offerors are assured of receiving any amendments to the RFP and responses to inquiries. Additionally,only proposals from registered offerors will be accepted.
