ADVISORY TO THE PUBLIC – GPA and GWA Online Services Interruption Notice – Undergoing Maintenance 8:00 a.m. Saturday, September 18, 2021 through 7:59 a.m. on Sunday, September 19, 2021 The Guam Power Authority (GPA) and the Guam Waterworks Authority (GWA) announce to all customers that the following customer online services will be unavailable beginning at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, September 18, 2021 through 7:59 a.m. Sunday, September 19, 2021: • PayGPA.com & PayGWA.com • Pay by Phone IVR • GPWA Mobile App • Myenergyguam.com Additionally, the GPWA Upper Tumon Customer Services Lobby will be closed on Saturday, September 18, 2021. Otherwise, GPA’s https://guampowerauthority.com/ and GWA’s http://guamwaterworks.org/ websites remain online, as is. GPA and GWA regret the online service interruption, which is necessary for system(s) maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Thank you. # # #
