II.        Conditional use application for Lot 10-R3-NEW-2, Tract 284, in a "C" (Commercial) zone, in the Municipality             of Dededo to construct a 2-Story, 12-Unit multi-family (apartment) building. Applicant: Guoquan Su, Rep:                   Felix Benavente.           
III.       Zone change application for Lot 5326-7-1 from "A' (Agriculture) zone to "M-1" (Light industrial)
           zone for the proposed construction of a wholesale warehouse structures with an office building.

IV.       Zone change from "A" (Agriculture) to M-1 (Light Industrial) zone to construct and operate a warehouse for               renewable solar products storage, workspaces and parking on Lot 5234-6 on Chalan Acho Latte in the                     Municipality of Dededo.  Rep: FC Benavente, for applicant, Hagens, Inc. 
V.        Zone change for Lots 1-1-1, 1-1-2, 1-1-3, Tract 537 on Chalan Castro Machananao in Dededo from "A"                     (Agriculture)  to "R-2" (Multi-Family Dwelling) for the proposed construction of four (4), 2-story multi-family                 apartment buildings with a total of thirty (30) units. Applicant: CY Leung.  Rep: FC Benavente.
