Quinata- AN ACT TO AMEND PUBLIC LAW 21-146 TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SCHOOL ON LOT NO. 10119-12-R2, MUNICIPALITY OF DEDEDO AND TO AUTHORIZE THE GUAM HOUSING CORPORATION AND THE GUAM DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR SUCH.
