The Committee on Education, Public Safety and the Arts will conduct a series of public hearings on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:

San Nicolas - AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 8104(c)(4) TO ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 8, TITLE 5A, GUAM ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AND REGULATIONS, AND AMEND §8105(c)(1)(F) OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 8, TITLE 5A, GUAM ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AND REGULATIONS, RELATIVE TO EXEMPTING UNCERTIFIED TEACHERS WHO HAVE MORE THAN FOUR (4) YEARS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE FROM THE GENERAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT EXAMINATION OF THE GUAM EDUCATOR CERTIFICATION.
