Zone change application for Lot 10184-2, “R-2” (Multi-Family Dwelling) to “M-1” (Light Industrial) in the Ukudo Village area to support the Guam Power Authority’s (GPA) agenda and meet established renewable energy portfolio standard goals.   3.
