NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Public Defender's Board of Trustees will have a meeting Tuesday, September 27, 2021 at 12:30 PM in the PDSC conference room of the Public Defender Service Corporation, located at MVP Sinajaña Commercial Building, Unit B, 779 Route 4, Sinajaña, Guam 96910. The meeting will be held via video conferencing (Zoom) and a link to the Zoom meeting is available through the PDSC website or the PDSC's YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0ML- DJGGsY_Y9qzAlLT6mw.
Agenda: I. Call to Order; II. Roll Call; III. Proof of Due Notice of Meeting IV. Determination of Quorum; V. Approval of Minutes; VI. Old Business: A. Financial Status Update (PDSC, APD and DVP) Allotment Releases; B. Report from PDSC Executive Director; C. Report from APD Managing Attorney; D. Public Health Legal Assistance Services for Seniors Program – Elder Justice Center Update/Program Extension; E.
