Please be advised the Committee on Human Resources, Hagåtña Revitalization, Regional Affairs, Public Libraries, Telecommunications, Technology and Federal and Foreign Affairs will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 9 a.m. in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building, on the following:
- Reappointment of Marissa Q. Mears, Member (General Public Representative), Guam Public Library System.
- Resolution No. 441-37 (LS)

RELATIVE TO EXPRESSING THE SUPPORT OF H.R. 8786, INTRODUCED IN THE UNITED STATES HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, WHICH SEEKS TO PROVIDE FOR A CABOTAGE EXEMPTION FOR FOREIGN AIR CARRIERS LANDING IN GUAM OR THE NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS.
