The Public Auditor is soliciting proposals from a U.S. Certified Public Accountant firm for a financial audit of the Guam Housing Corporation (GHC) for FYs 2024, 2025, and 2026, subject to the availability and certification of funds from fiscal year to fiscal year, with an option to renew for one (1) additional fiscal year, with the approval of the Public Auditor. Required audit reports include a report on the financial statements and reports on internal control and compliance.
