Subject: FIRST NOTICE Public Hearing Tuesday, July 30, 2024 - 2:00 P.M.

The Committee on Infrastructure, Economic Development, Simon Sanchez High School, Disability Services, Self- Determination and Historic Preservation, Housing, Public Accountability, and the Guam Buildup will conduct a Public Hearing: Tuesday, July 30, 2024, beginning at 2:00 P.M., in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building.

The Committee will hear and accept testimony on the following:

2:00 P.M. – Public Hearing

• The appointment of Romeo “Romy” A. Angel to serve as a Member of the Guam Housing Corporation Board of Directors.
• The appointment of Gustavo A. Morales to serve as a Member of the Guam Housing Corporation Board of Directors.
