RFP-DPHSS-FY2024-001 - Electronic Death Registration System (EDRS)

 
The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS), Division of Public Health (DPH), Office of Vital Statistics (OVS) in conjunction with the Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity (ELC) Program is requesting for proposals from qualified organizations for the following Software as a Service (SaaS) solution:
   
Project funding for the EDRS SaaS is provided by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity for Prevention and Control of Emerging Infectious Diseases Cooperative Agreement No. 6NU50CK000531-02-08/03-01 and the National Center of Health Services (NCHS) Vital Statistics Cooperative Program (VSCP) Special Project 2019-Q-34509.
 
The purpose of the EDRS SaaS is to meet the DPHSS, DPH, OVS needs for a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) web-based application to use for the administration of an electronic death and fetal death registry.  Selected offeror will host the solution and provide services to configure, populate, test and deploy the application.
 
Beginning on Monday, July 29, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. the RFP Specifications will be available for public viewing and may be picked up at the DPHSS, DPH, Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity (ELC) Program office, located at 590 South Marine Corps Drive, ITC Building, Suite 405-406, Tamuning, Guam 96913.  Prospective offerors/respondents must register to receive a copy of the RFP and ensure that they receive any notices regarding any changes or updates to the RFP.  To request an electronic copy of the RFP, please complete the Registration Form and email to elc.procurement@dphss.guam.gov.  Upon registration, you will be sent an electronic copy of RFP-DPHSS-FY2024-001.  DPHSS, DPH, OVS in conjunction with the ELC Program shall not be liable for failure to provide notice to any party who does not register.  Contact person: Ms. Estelle A.
