The Department of Youth Affairs announces that the final check distribution for the 2024 Governor's Summer Youth Employment Program (GSYEP) will take place on Friday, August 2, 2024, at the center court of Agana Shopping Center from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Interns or their parents/legal Guardians who are listed in the GSYEP application are authorized to pick up checks. A valid photo ID must be presented.
The Governor's Summer Youth Employment Program has been a tremendous success, providing valuable work experience and opportunities for Guam’s Youth. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the host agencies who participated in hosting our interns this summer. Their commitment and support have been integral to the program's success.
We also wish to express our sincere appreciation to the interns themselves for their hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm throughout the program. Their contributions have made a positive impact on our community and we are proud of their accomplishments.
