AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 73157 TO ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 73, TITLE 5, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST CUSTOMS OFFICERS.
Please note that Bill No. 224-37 (COR) was referred to the Committee on Environment, Revenue and Taxation, Labor, Procurement, and Statistics, Research, and Planning. Senator Dwayne T. D. San Nicolas, as the Prime Sponsor of Bill No. 224-37 (COR), will be holding the public hearing for the bill as permitted by Rule 6.01(a)(1)(i) of the 37th Guam Legislature’s Standing Rules.
