NOTICE TO SOLICIT INTEREST

NSI FY24-001

The A.B. Won Pat International Airport Authority, Guam (GIAA) is soliciting interest from all interested parties to lease North Tiyan and South Tiyan land, building, operations and/or office space at the Airport, with a lease term not to exceed five (5) years.

Aeronautical-related companies and those that are able to finance the construction/renovations for each location are encouraged to complete and submit the NSI Prospective Tenant Form, which can be found by visiting the GIAA’s website at www.guamairport.net. Upon completion, please email the form to the GIAA Property Management Office (PMO) at pmo.nsi@guamairport.net. Deadline to submit is September 13, 2024, at 4:00PM.
