GUAM PRESERVATION TRUST
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
RFP-24-05 MASTER PLANNING SERVICES FOR:
Atantåno Heritage Preserve at Lot 15 and Lot 16 Tract 2411 in Santa Rita/Piti, Guam
The Guam Preservation Trust (GPT) is soliciting proposals for the services described above.
Proposals must meet specific requirements. Information is available at the GPT office, located in the Historic Lujan House, 167 Padre Palomo St., in Hagatña, Guam, or on the GPT website at www.guampreservationtrust.org.
Three sets of proposals must be submitted to the Chief Program Officer, at the GPT office no later than 3:00 p.m. Friday, October 18, 2024.
The Guam Preservation Trust reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defect in said proposal, in its sole opinion, to do so is in the best interest of GPT. All proposals shall become the property of GPT.
