Please be advised that the Committee on Health, Land, Justice, and Culture will convene public hearings Monday, October 7, 2024 starting at 2:00 PM, in the Guam Congress Building Public Hearing room, for the following agenda items:

• Reappointment of Teresa Damian Borja, D.P.M. FACFAS, to serve as a Member(Allied Health Professions-Representative) of the Guam Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees, for a term of Six(6) Years( From Date of Confirmation). 

• Appointment of Suzanne D. Lobaton, DNP, MN, RN, COHN-S, to serve as a Member(Guam Nursing Association Representative) of the Guam Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees, for a term of Six(6) Years( From Date of Confirmation). 

3:00 PM

• Oversight of the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority.
