The Committee on Infrastructure, Economic Development, Simon Sanchez High School, Disability Services, Self-Determination and Historic Preservation, Housing, Public Accountability, and the Guam Buildup will conduct a Public Hearing, on Thursday, October 17, 2024, beginning at 9:00 A.M., in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building.
The Committee will hear and accept testimony on the following:

AN ACT TO AMEND §12401(d), ARTICLE 4, CHAPTER 12, TITLE 25, GUAM ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AND REGULATIONS RELATIVE TO UPDATING THE DEFINITIONS OF SUB-CLASSIFICATIONS OF LICENSES ISSUED BY THE CONTRACTORS LICENSE BOARD.

Quinata at Suite 807 DNA Building, 238 Archbishop FC Flores Street, Hagåtña, Guam 96910, via email to officeofsenatorquinata@guamlegislature.org or WhatsApp at (671) 472-4826.
