The Guam Waterworks Authority would like to invite your company to participate in the Chain Link Fence Repair for Various Sites under GWA IFB No. 2025-06. Bids will be received until 5:00 p.m. Chamorro Standard Time on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, unless otherwise revised via a Bid Amendment. Bids are to be submitted to the GWA Procurement Office, situated on the first floor of the Gloria B. Nelson Public Services Building in Mangilao.
A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 and vendors are to meet at the GWA Upper Tumon Office, located at 578 N. Marine Corps Drive, at 8:30 a.m. Vendors should be prepared to use their own vehicles to travel between sites.
To express interest and obtain bid documents, you may select one of the following options:
Option 1:
Pick up a hard copy of the bid packet at the GWA Procurement office between our regular hours of operations, Monday - Friday 8am -5pm, excluding Gov Guam Holidays. Please note that a non-refundable fee of $15.00 will be assessed.
Option 2:
-Request for an electronic copy by sending an email request to psbids@guamwaterworks.org and include the following information in the email:
• Announcement No.
• Description
• Company Name
• Point of Contact Name
• Point of Contact Email address
• Point of Contact Phone Number
