   VIII. New Business:
  1. Zone change application for Lot 5, Block 27 from "R-1" (Single-Family Dwelling) to "R-2" (Multi-Family Dwelling) Zone in order to put into zoning compliance an existing structure with Five (5) units for family and rental for community. Owner: Ricardo M. Ang.
  2. Zone change application for Lot 1, Tract 1031, along Wusstig Road, from "A" (Agriculture) to "R-2" (Multi-Family Dwelling) in order to construct a 20 unit upscale apartment complex for family and rentals for the community. Applicants: Hipolito C. & Trinitas R. Sarmiento. Rep: Frank Roberto.
  3. Street name request for a portion of Tract 34000 within Lot 12-Right of Way (see map) to "Chalan Pascual Saez Artero" currently known as Urunao Road, and ending in a cul-de-sac.
  4. Street name request for a street at the end of Chalan Hilitai in the Sagan Linahyan area to Biradan Guriyos, located across Chalan Guriyos.
  5. Street name for two streets off East Liguan Avenue/Chalan Manha in Mogfog/Macheche Dededo from Chalan Chicha to Kayen Tun Juan and name map Kayen Tata' Luis.   
  6. Street name for two streets off North Ukudo Road in Dededo. Chalan Josen' Nandez and Biradan Juan Nandez. (see map)
  7. Street named for a cul-de-sac off Chalan Familian Munoz and Flores Para Eso St. (see map)
  8. Ratification of street names along Chalan Koda: Chalan Encio, Cactus Lane, Jalorian St., Visayas St., Biradan Bali Tres, Borja St., Chalan Espinosa, Lucky Rd.     
  9. Naming of street off Gotbu Drive to Kayen Te'ta as per request from Taimanglo Family (Raymond)   
  10. Request by GRMC to use gravel parking for GRMC staff Mondays to Fridays from 5 am to 9 pm. Secuirty Guard will be provided.
