Brown- AN ACT TO ADD A NEW SECTION 7.11 TO 9 GUAM CODE ANNOTATED CHAPTER 7 RELATIVE TO EXCEPTION FOR CRIMINAL LIABILITY REGARDLESS OF JUVENILE STATUS, AND TO AMEND SECTION 5106 OF 19 GUAM CODE ANNOTATED CHAPTER 5 RELATIVE TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF GUAM AS PROVIDED FOR IN SECTION 7.11 OF 9 GUAM CODE ANNOTATED CHAPTER 7.
