New Business: Approval of A. GLUC Application No. 2021-18, the Applicant, Apennine Management Brand (Pacific) Co., Ltd. Represented by Harry D. Gutierrez; is requesting for a Subdivision Variance to exceed the Lot design ratio of 3:1 for proposed Lot 50A-3NEW-10-1; 50A-3NEW-10-2, 50A-3NEW-10-R2, 50A-3NEW-11-1, 50A-3NEW-11-2, and 50A-3NEW-11-R2, in an “A” (Rural) zone, in the Municipality of Talo’fo’fo’.

         B. GLUC Application No. 2024-43 for zone setback variance, Represented by
              Joaquin Flores; located on LOT L5-PART-7-R7 in the Municipality of
              Talo’fo’fo’.
