PUBLIC HEARING

The Committee on Health and Veterans Affairs will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, beginning at 2:00 P.M., in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building.
The Committee will hear and accept testimony on the following:

  1. Bill No. 13-38 (COR), Introduced by Therese M. Terlaje – AN ACT TO ADD A NEW CHAPTER 98 TO DIVISION 4 TITLE 10 GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP FOR GUAM’S PUBLIC HEALTH HOSPITAL.
 
  1. Bill No. 31-38 (COR), Introduced by William A. Parkinson – AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 7 OF DIVISION 1, TITLE 10, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, AND ADD A NEW (N) TO §9302 (B) (1) OF CHAPTER 9, OF DIVISION 1 TITLE 26, GUAM ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AND REGULATIONS, RELATIVE TO EXPANDING OPTIONS OF ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES.

The Committee requests that testimonies be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
