The Guam Behavioral Health and Wellness Center
will hold a

PUBLIC COMMENT SESSION
For the

FY 2025 PATH
(Project for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness)
Grant Mini-Application

The PATH Grant provides funds to each state, the District of Columbia, Guam, and other territories
that are intended to service individuals who experience homelessness, or who are at imminent risk of becoming homeless,
and who have a serious mental illness (SMI) or a co-occurring serious mental illness and substance use disorder (COD).
