Re: CHANGE TO FIRST NOTICE of Public Hearing: February 10, 2025
The Committee on Land, Environment, Housing, Agriculture, Parks and Infrastructure will conduct a public hearing on Monday, February 10, 2025 at 9:00 am in the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:
· Bill No. 35-38 (COR) – V. Anthony Ada, Sabina F. Perez, Christopher M. Dueñas, Frank Blas, Jr., William A. Parkinson, Joe S. San Agustin, Chris Barnett, Sabrina Salas Matanane, Tina Rose Muña Barnes, Shelly V. Calvo. – “AN ACT TO ADD A NEW ARTICLE 2 TO CHAPTER 32, TITLE 10, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO PROHIBITING THE IMPORT OF SKINCARE PRODUCTS THAT POSE A DANGER TO GUAM’S CORAL REEFS AND MARINE LIFE.”
· Bill No. 26-38 (COR) –Christopher M. Dueñas, V. Anthony Ada, Jesse A. Lujan, Tina Rose Muna Barnes, Frank Blas Jr., Vincent A. Borja, Shelly Vargas Calvo, Sabrina Salas Matanane, William A. Parkinson, Joe S. San Agustin. – “AN ACT TO STRENGTHEN HOUSING OPTIONS BY ADDING A NEW SUBARTICLE 3 TO ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 61, TITLE 21, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS (ADUs) IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES.” has been postponed until further notice at the request of the primary sponsor. The rescheduled hearing will be announced at a later date.
