The complete Request for Proposal (“RFP”) packet is available for download from GIAA’s website at www.guamairport.com. A copy of the RFP is available for inspection at the GIAA Administration Office, 3rd Floor, Main Terminal Building, 355 Chalan Pasaheru, Tamuning, Guam, anytime from Monday throughFriday, excluding holidays, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (ChST). A non-refundable payment of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in cash, certified check, or cashier’s check is required for an electronic file (.pdf) on a USB flash drive, which can be obtained at the GIAA Administration Office. All prospective offerors must register by submitting to GIAA the Acknowledgment of Receipt Form included as part of this RFP. GIAA shall not be liable for failure to provide notice(s) or addenda to any prospective offeror who does not submit an Acknowledgement of Receipt Form.
