The Committee on Land, Environment, Housing, Agriculture, Parks and Infrastructure will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 9:00 am in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:
§ The appointment of Heather M. Quitugua, PC as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Guam Environmental Protection Agency.
§ Bill No. 28-38 (COR) - Sabina Flores Perez, V. Anthony Ada – AN ACT TO AMEND § 28112(c) OF CHAPTER 28, TITLE 11 GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO INCREASING GUAM ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY’S COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT CAPACITY TO PROTECT THE HEALTH OF OUR ENVIRONMENT AND PEOPLE.
