- Bill No. 118-38 (COR) – Sabrina Salas Matanane – AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 26203.4 TO CHAPTER 26, TITLE 11 OF THE GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO ESTABLISHING A BUSINESS PRIVILEGE TAX DISCOUNT ON MEDICAID RECEIPTS, TO BE KNOWN AS THE “GUAM MEDICAID ACCESS ENHANCEMENT ACT.”
