The Committee on Finance and Government Operations will conduct a public hearing Monday, May 5, 2025, beginning at 9:00 am at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building.

26203.4 TO CHAPTER 26, TITLE 11 OF THE GUAM CODE ANNOTATED,
RELATIVE TO ESTABLISHING A BUSINESS PRIVILEGE TAX DISCOUNT ON
MEDICAID RECEIPTS, TO BE KNOWN AS THE “GUAM MEDICAID ACCESS ENHANCEMENT ACT.”

NEW ITEM (40) TO § 26203(k) OF CHAPTER 26, TITLE 11, GUAM CODE
ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO EXEMPTING AMOUNTS RECEIVED FROM MEDICAID PAYMENTS FOR ELIGIBLE SERVICES BY HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS FROM BUSINESS PRIVILEGE TAXES.
