Please be advised that the Committee on Economic Investment, Military Buildup, Regional Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Technology, Justice, Elections, and Retirement will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Guam Congress Building in the Public Hearing Room. The Committee will hear and accept testimonies of the following items: 

AGENDA for 2:00PM: 

1. Bill 110-38 (COR)  - Eulogio Shawn Gumataotao– “AN ACT TO ADD A NEW CHAPTER 16 TO TITLE 5 OF THE GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO CODIFYING THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE AUTOMATION COMMISSION."
