The Committee on Land, Environment, Housing, Agriculture, Parks and Infrastructure will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at9:00 am 8:00 AM in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:
· Bill No. 49-38 (COR) – Tina Rose Muña Barnes, V. Anthony Ada, Joe S. San Agustin, William A. Parkinson, Chris M. Dueñas, Eulogio Shawn Gumataotao, Vince Borja, Shelly V. Calvo, Jesse A. Lujan - AN ACT TO TRANSFER LOT NO. 258, MUNICIPALITY OF PITI, TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXPANDING THE FOOTPRINT AND CAPACITY OF THE VICENTE A. LIMTIACO MEMORIAL PARK.
· Bill No. 79-38 (COR) – V. Anthony Ada - AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE I MAGA'HÅGAN GUAHAN TO SELL A PORTION OF BLOCK 8 IN NEW AGAT DESIGNATED AS BLOCK 8 PARK AREA AND TO DEPOSIT THE PROCEEDS OF THE SALE INTO THE CHAMORRO LAND TRUST INFRASTRUCTURE AND SURVEY FUND.
