RFP 25-003 Legal Services for Destinu Guåhan Venture Corporation

 

The Guam Economic Development Authority (GEDA) is accepting proposals from qualified firm(s)/individual(s) whose principle focus will be to provide legal services for and on behalf of GEDA’s Special Purpose Corporation, Destinu Guåhan Venture Corporation (DGVC) and its Board of Directors, subject to the availability and certification of funds for an initial term of three (3) years with one (1) option to renew for two (2) years, at the discretion of GEDA.
 

Request for Proposal (RFP) packages may be obtained at the GEDA Office in Tamuning, Guam anytime Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ChST. The RFP may also be downloaded on GEDA’s website at www.investguam.com. Acknowledge of Receipt Form must be submitted in person or via email to procurement@investguam.com. Deadline for submission of all proposals is no later than Friday, May 30, 2025, no later than 4:00PM ChST. All proposals must be submitted to the attention of Christina D. Garcia, Acting CEO/Administrator of the Guam Economic Development Authority.
 

GEDA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, solicit new proposals, waive minor informalities or irregularities, or award the qualified firm(s)/individual(s) in whole or in part.
All questions regarding the proposal should be made in writing and directed to Christina Merfalen, Administrative Services Officer of the Guam Economic Development Authority via email at procurement@investguam.com. Except to the person named above, direct or indirect contact with any GEDA staff, GEDA Board of Directors, or DGVC Board of Directors regarding this procurement is prohibited.
