a. PRESENTATION OF ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION FOR:
Application No. 2024-53 The Application, ERC Trading Incorporated is requesting for
Zone Variance for use on Lot 5372-2-R1, Municipality of Mangilao to allow the use of an
existing warehouse for temporary storage of hardware goods and materials.
b. OPEN DISCUSSION AND VOTE FOR A RESOLUTION OF: Application No. 2024-53
The Application, ERC Trading Incorporated is requesting for Zone Variance for use on
Lot 5372-2- R1, Municipality of Mangilao to allow the use of an existing warehouse for
temporary storage of hardware goods and materials.
c. Application No. SZC 2024-46 The Applicants, American Pacific Investment & Industrial Development International C/O Yilun Yang, Auth Representative to rezone the subject lot from “R-1” (Single-Family Dwelling) “R-2” (Multi- Family Dwelling) Zone in order construct a residential duplex for family and rentals for the community; Municipality of Mangilao.
