a. PRESENTATION OF ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION FOR: Application No. 2025-45
The Applicant, Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority, Is requesting a Zone Change from “A” (Agricultural/Rural) to “PF” (Public Facilities) Zone for the proposed construction of infrastructure facilities for water, sewer, and power on Lot 5280-3, Municipality of Mangilao.
b. Application No. 2025-42, the Applicant, Guam Waterworks Authority; requests a Zone Change
from “A” (Rural/Agricultural) to “PF” (Public Facility), to allow for the construction of a wastewater
pump station, on Lot 19-2, Tract 293, in the Municipality of Mangilao.
c.
