Please be advised that the Committee on Economic Investment, Military Buildup, Regional Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Technology, Justice, Elections, and Retirement will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Guam Congress Building in the Public Hearing Room. The Committee will hear and accept testimonies of the following items:

I. BILL NO. 64-38 (COR) - Introduced by Telo T. Taitague- “AN ACT TO ADD A NEW CHAPTER 16 TO TITLE 5, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO ESTABLISHING THE GUAM ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) REGULATORY TASK FORCE TO DEVELOP A COMPREHENSIVE FRAMEWORK FOR THE REGULATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) IN THE GOVERNMENT OF GUAM AND PRIVATE SECTOR WHILE PROTECTING CONSTITUTIONAL AND ORGANIC ACT RIGHTS.”
II. BILL NO. 61-38 (COR) - Introduced by William A. Parkinson- “AN ACT TO ADD A NEW CHAPTER 36, RELATIVE TO ESTABLISHING THE OFFICE OF THE ELECTED PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, AND TO REPEAL §§ 30104 AND 30104.1, AND AMEND §§ 30102 AND 30109, ALL OF CHAPTER 30, TITLE 5, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO RESTORING THE APPOINTED OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL.”
