The Committee on Finance and Government Operations will conduct a public hearing Wednesday, June 25, 2025, beginning at 2:00 pm at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:
· Bill No. 146-38 – V. Anthony Ada / Christopher M. Dueñas - AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 5117.3 TO CHAPTER 5, TITLE 5, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO GRANTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE MAYORS COUNCIL OF GUAM PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY FOR PROCUREMENT GOODS AND SERVICES THAT DO NOT EXCEED A VALUE OF FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($500,000).
· Bill No. 134-38 – William A. Parkinson - AN ACT TO AMEND § 5213 OF CHAPTER 5, TITLE 5, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO INCREASING THE SMALL PURCHASE THRESHOLD.
